- Registration Fee and August tuition are due with signed application for enrollment for the Fall term.
- The remaining 9 months tuition (September - May) is due at the beginning of each month payable by check, cash, or online credit card payment.
- Supply Fee is paid in August at Registration/Meet the Teacher Day and covers all classroom school supplies.
- A $50.00 per month "sibling" discount is allowed for families with two or more children enrolled in Southminster Day School and is applied to the younger student(s).
- A $50.00 per month "member" discount is allowed for those who are members of Southminster Presbyterian Church. Southminster Presbyterian Church members are given priority on the waiting list.

TUITION ASSISTANCE / SCHOLARSHIP FUND:
The Russ Harlan Scholarship Fund was established in 1991 and seeks to aid families whose child or children attend Southminster Day School and are in financial difficulty. The Scholarship Committee reviews scholarship applications and decides the appropriate amount to be awarded based on the Scholarship Fund Policies.
RUSS HARLAN SCHOLARSHIP FUND POLICIES:
The following policies will serve as a guide to the Southminster Scholarship Committee for evaluation of an applicant's qualifications:
1. All decisions will be based upon the needs of the applicant and current funding available to the Committee.
2. The student must have attended Southminster Day School at least one year. First year students will be considered if the family's financial status changes during the year.
3. No award will be made for 100% of tuition.
4. There must be a history of complete and timely payment of tuition and other expenses.
5. The student must be in good academic standing.
6. The student has exhibited good behavior.
7. The parents have shown a conscientious effort to participate in school activities.
8. Each applicant must complete an application, which is available in the school office.
9. If the request is for $500 or more, the family must submit income tax returns for the previous two years.
10. A parent or family member of a student cannot serve on on this Committee while the student is enrolled.
