ABOUT US
Southminster Day School was established in 1967 and is a mission of Southminster Presbyterian Church and is accredited by the Alabama Independent Schools Association. We aim to give children a quality foundational education in their early formative years in a Christian atmosphere. At Southminster, we guide and direct the children's growth in appreciation of spiritual values, social skills, independence, emotional stability, self-expression, and good habits that fuel lifelong learning. Our hope is all Southminster Day School students will continue to grow and learn more about God's abundant grace.
